Role Title: IT Change Management Intern

As a Change Management Intern, you will play a role in supporting IT projects by managing change processes, addressing staff resistance, and promoting active participation. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
