The Customer Experience Team are launching various new communication channels in an effort to improve the customer experience and better engage with the community.
The City of Swan ChatBot will be a fundamental channel for the provision of afterhours services. By October, the CX Team hope to have the ChatBot trained to be able to handle 60% of the queries the City of Swan receive and are looking for someone to assist in training and building this functionality by researching areas of interest, keywords, trends and information.
The City of Swan is a local government area of Western Australia. It is in the eastern metropolitan region of Perth and includes the Swan Valley and 42 suburbs. It is centred approximately 20 km north-east of the Perth central business district.
