Role Title: Project Intern, Operations

The intern will be working under the Operations Manager and will be focused on streamlining the administration requirements for the Operations Team in the lead up to our busy period, the July school holidays. This includes assessing current policies and ensuring the processes are in alignment with all policy, streamlining all processes, and planning and managing the upcoming events.
During the school holidays we run five camps and 20-day programs for young people living with disability. The intern will also attend some events alongside the participants and will be working directly with the participants on the programs during the school holidays. This will give the intern a better understanding of the work being done at Cahoots and it's impacts on the participants. The intern may also complete additional tasks related to the outcomes of these activities, outline potential improvements and more.
