We are seeking a motivated and analytical Human Resources or Marketing Intern to join our team on an intern basis, focusing on enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The intern will play a critical role in researching, analysing, and suggesting innovative strategies for marketing our employee benefits effectively to attract, retain, and engage talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives, gain hands-on experience in strategic HR practices, marketing and make a tangible impact on our organisation's culture and employer branding.
