Role Title: Website Enhancement Intern
Organisation: Consumer Credit Legal Service WA (CCLSWA)
Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)
Location: Perth
To assist in improving the user experience, functionality, and overall design of the CCLS website to tell our story and enhance the CX.
Website Analysis - Analyse the current website and identify areas for improvement
Content Management - Update and manage website content
Design - Assist in redesigning website pages for visual appeal and brand alignment.
SEO - Implement best practices, conduct keyword research, and optimise content
Technical Support - document simple procedures for ongoing use by CCLS
UX - Conduct testing, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements.
Performance Monitoring - Generate reports on traffic and user behaviour.
Compliance and Accessibility - Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, making the website accessible.
We are a Community Legal Centre and provide free legal advice the WA Community over the phone.
