Role Title: Diversity & Inclusion Events and Training Support Intern

We are seeking an intern to assist in the planning and coordination of events for our Diversity and Inclusion programs. This role will involve end-to-end event coordination, ensuring that all aspects are planned in advance for seamless execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Event Planning & Coordination: Assisting in the organisation of diversity and inclusion events, including logistics, scheduling, and ensuring readiness for execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with external stakeholders, including guest speakers and partners, to confirm participation and finalise event details.
Training & Development Support: Supporting the coordination of staff training and development initiatives, including obtaining necessary approvals, managing learning agreements, tracking attendance, and confirming participation.
Project Management: Overseeing timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure all activities are aligned and executed efficiently.
