Role Title: Client Journey Mapping Intern

Carers WA are currently exploring the Client Journey of Carers to provide them with better support system. The intern will be seeking to explore and identify the engagements and opportunities that are working best to support carers as well as identify the current systems are difficult to navigate. The intern will also have the opportunity to think outside the box and present new suggestions and approaches to make it a smoother journey.
Carers WA is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of family carers living in WA with access to services, support and resources.
