Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about creating systems that work? Join the City of Kalamunda’s Customer Service and Public Relations team as a Policy and Procedure Intern! In this role, you will help review, update, and develop policies and procedures that guide our department’s operations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
Working closely with the Customer and PR team, you will map existing processes, identify gaps, and create visually engaging Promapp workflows to help staff deliver effective and positive outcomes. Your contributions will directly enhance the team’s ability to provide exceptional service to the community and support organisational goals.
