Role Description

The Social Media Intern will assist in promoting the services and activities of The Grief Centre of WA via social media platforms.
As part of the Business & Engagement Team, this role engages the community via our social media platforms, supporting the many and varied activities of the Centre, including counselling, support groups, training workshops and community events. In collaboration with the Business & Engagement Lead, this role will: - Capture and edit images and videos that represent the work of the Centre - Design tiles for posting in social media - Develop paid advertising campaigns and set up advertising collateral. - Develop other marketing collateral, including fliers, brochures, postcards and PowerPoint presentations. - Set up Humanitix event pages. - Add content to the website and SharePoint pages. - Analyse the results of marketing activities. - Report on marketing activities. As part of a small team (5 Business & Engagement Team members), there is room for your creativity, innovation and initiative, with strong support and guidance from the Business & Engagement Team Lead.
