Role Description

The City of Kalamunda is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with the process mapping of the City's Citizenship procedures, in alignment with guidelines from the Department of Home Affairs. This role will involve researching and developing best practice processes, identifying gaps in current practices, and collaborating with internal staff to improve future citizenship events. The intern will gain valuable experience in local government operations, process improvement, and event management, while contributing to a community-driven initiative that supports local citizens and residents.
The intern will primarily interact with the Governance and Events team, key staff members involved in citizenship events.
