Role Description

The Website Management and Development role will oversee the comprehensive redesign process, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance, ensuring that ISWA’s website remains relevant, engaging, and functional for years to come. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of ISWA’s objectives.
Objectives of the Website Redesign The key objectives of the website redesign for ISWA include: Improved User Experience (UX): Enhancing the website’s overall usability by simplifying navigation and making it easier for users to find information quickly. Responsive Design: Developing a mobile-friendly website that works seamlessly across devices such as smartphones, tablets, and desktops. Enhanced Visual Appeal: Aligning the design with ISWA’s brand identity to create a professional, appealing, and culturally vibrant online presence. Content Management System (CMS): Implementing a user-friendly CMS that allows ISWA staff to update content regularly without requiring technical expertise. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing the website’s structure and content to improve visibility on search engines and attract more visitors. Data Security: Ensuring that all user data and transactions are protected with robust security measures.
