As an OD intern, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the SMHS Human Factors Project, aiming to embed human factors practices and enhance safety culture, minimise errors, and improve teamwork and satisfaction across teams.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a communication and marketing plan to promote the Human Factors Project. This includes engaging with various stakeholders, seeking input, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with SMHS goals. Additionally, you'll create processes to efficiently manage program implementation, identifying challenges and streamlining training workflows for overall success. Your keen attention to detail and strategic thinking will be crucial in this regard. Moreover, you'll support the development of an evaluation plan, assessing program effectiveness, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing adjustments for continuous improvement. Your role in shaping the evaluation plan ensures a comprehensive measurement of the project's impact.
